Thank You

Many thanks to all who helped make the 2nd Annual Art Auction for the Animals a success

The Carroll County Humane Society would like to send a special note of thanks to all the people who donated their time, their talents, and their support to make the 2nd Annual Art Auction for the Animals such a success:

First and foremost, to Melonie Hopkins of the Cultural Arts Center, whose experience, organizational skills, dedication, and hard work contributed so much to the occasion;
to Eric Grunden, our very capable emcee for the evening; to Neil Pollock, pianist, David Pippin, guitarist, and the West Georgia String Quartet (Elizabeth Kramer, Eleanor Bennett, Bonnie Cooper, Bobbe Jacobs Toub, and Jerry Farmer) for their fine performances; and to Daniel Martin, for the delicious array of refreshments he created.

Many thanks as well to AAA Self Storage, the Atlanta Beverage Company and the Carrollton Cultural Arts Center for their generous donations.

Our sincere gratitude to the many artists and artisans who so generously donated their art in support of the animals.

In addition, we would like to send a warm thank you to all our sponsors, which are listed below. We appreciate so much the many volunteers who were there from start to finish doing all the things involved in planning and carrying out and cleaning up after an event of this size.

And last, but by no means least, thank you to all of the attendees who shared in the appreciation of the art and supported our cause with their donations, purchases, and presence. Without this community of generous people, organizations, and companies, there would have been no event at all.
