Pet Registration Form
The registration fee is $10 per pet. You may register in advance up until midnight of Friday, Oct. 21, or in person on the day of the show.

The registration fee covers as many categories as you want to enter: Best 25 pounds and under, Best over 25 pounds, Most Enthusiastic, Best Senior (8 yrs. or older), Best Rescue (adopted from a shelter or rescue), Best Costume*
*In the costume division, we will award prizes in the subcategories of scariest, funniest, cutest, most original, and best group (for two or more dogs or a dog/human costumed team)
