August 4th is FURst FURiday, so the humane society will have a few fabulous shelter pups on Adamson Square, under the trees in front of Horton’s Bookstore for an adoption event. We’ll be there from 12:30 to 2, if the thunderstorms hold off and weather permits. The shelter is packed and this great dogs need fur-ever homes. Come show them some love, even if you aren’t looking for a new four-legged family member They love getting out of the shelter to snuggle and play for the afternoon.
