We are deeply grieved to announce the passing of our beloved leader, inspiration, and president,

Dr. Teresa Leslie

On Monday, August 11th. She was a friend to all and believed the best about others, as well as a dedicated champion for all animals.

Her memorial service was held Saturday, August 16, at Almon Funeral Home.

Humane Society Volunteer Appreciation Meeting

We will have a meeting open to the public celebrating the work of those that have volunteered with us in the past on March 16th at our location on Tuggle Street. We still have cold days ahead of us in Carroll County, so don't forget about keeping your fur babies warm too! Make sure to remind yourself of the safety tips regarding pet care for cold weather, and that your pets have access to shelter from the elements.
